⚡ Step 1 — Answer the Call

Complete our short application form below and submit a 60 to 90 second video showing us your energy, personality, and range. Phone videos are completely welcome — no professional reel required. We accept video links from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, or Google Drive.

🔍 Step 2 — HQ Reviews Your File

Our team reviews every single application. We are looking for genuine energy, a love for working with children, and the kind of presence that makes a room light up. We will contact shortlisted candidates directly by email within 2 weeks.

🎬 Step 3 — Your Live Mission Briefing

Shortlisted candidates are invited to a live video call where you will perform a short script with us. This gives us a chance to see you in action and gives you the chance to ask us anything about the role and the company.

🦸 Step 4 — Suit Up. You're One of Us.

Successful candidates receive full paid training in our signature Superhero Show, child engagement, character development, and event professionalism. We cover your mandatory background check costs. Then the cape goes on — and the magic begins.

High energy, quick wit, and genuine comedic timing. Must move well physically — gymnastics, martial arts, or dance a strong asset. North American accent required. Makes every child feel like they just met their real-life hero.

The Mission Requirements

  • Genuine love for working with children — this is non-negotiable
  • Ages 18–35 (male roles) / 18–33 (female roles)
  • Valid Ontario driver's licence and personal vehicle
  • Full weekend availability — both Saturdays and Sundays
  • Outgoing, energetic, and professional personality
  • Excellent physical condition and athletic build
  • North American accent
  • Acting, improv, dance, gymnastics, or martial arts is a strong asset

Your Hero Benefits Package

  • Starting pay of CA$100/hour
